These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all online purchases, orders, and interactions made through the Lonestar Storage Sheds website, online marketplace, or any associated digital platform. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Terms of Service

1.1 Product Use Limitation

Lonestar Storage Sheds buildings are not designed or approved for human occupancy. Our buildings are not constructed to meet residential building codes, zoning requirements, or habitation ordinances. By purchasing, you agree that the structure will not be used as a residence or living quarters.

1.2 Risk of Loss

Lonestar Storage Sheds retains responsibility for risk of loss or damage until the building has been delivered to the customer’s designated site. Once delivery is completed and accepted, all risk transfers to the buyer. Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect the building at delivery prior to signing off.

1.3 Warranties

Lonestar Storage Sheds provides a 5-year craftsmanship warranty covering structural workmanship and materials, provided the building remains at the original delivery location and has not been moved or relocated by anyone other than an authorized representative.

All other warranties—including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose—are expressly disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

1.4 Remedies & Dispute Resolution

Other than remedies specifically addressed in Lonestar Storage Sheds’ cancellation, modification, return, and warranty policies, all sales are final.

If a dispute arises, both parties agree to attempt resolution through informal good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is achieved, the dispute will be settled through binding arbitration, and the customer waives any right to a jury trial.

Customers agree not to initiate or threaten a credit card chargeback for any reason, and to resolve disputes exclusively through the procedures outlined here.

2. E-Commerce & Ordering

2.1 Payment Terms

Payment may be made via:

• Cash
• Check
• Money order
• Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX)
• A 3% convenience fee applies to all credit card transactions
• Rent-to-own programs
• 90-days-same-as-cash financing (when available)

2.2 Order Acceptance & Refusal

Customers must accept delivery within 60 days of placing an order.

Failure to accept delivery within this period allows Lonestar Storage Sheds to cancel the order and apply a restocking fee in accordance with our cancellation and return policy.

Lonestar Storage Sheds reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders at its discretion.

2.3 Privacy and Data Use

Personal information collected during the online ordering process (including name, address, phone number, email, and any payment details) is used solely for:

• Order processing
• Payment collection
• Delivery coordination
• Customer communication

Lonestar Storage Sheds does not sell, rent, or share customer information with third parties, except as required for payment processing or legal compliance.

2.4 Website Use Restrictions

Unauthorized use of the website is strictly prohibited. This includes:

• Automated data collection tools (scrapers, bots, crawlers)
• Using the website for commercial or competitive purposes
• Activities that impose an unreasonable load on the website infrastructure

Lonestar Storage Sheds may suspend or block access for any violation of these terms.

3. Delivery & Logistics

3.1 Delivery Estimates

Delivery dates provided online or during checkout are estimates only. Lonestar Storage Sheds is not responsible for any costs, damages, or losses arising from delivery delays.

3.2 Site Access, Safety, and Liability

Customers are responsible for ensuring clear, safe, and unobstructed access for delivery trucks and equipment. This includes removing obstacles and verifying that the delivery path is free from underground hazards such as:

• Septic systems
• Irrigation lines
• Utility lines
• Plumbing
• Electrical conduit

Lonestar Storage Sheds is not liable for property damage caused during delivery unless such damage results from intentional or malicious conduct by the delivery personnel.

3.3 Permits and Approvals

Obtaining all necessary permits—including city permits, county approvals, zoning clearances, and HOA approvals—is the sole responsibility of the customer. Customers must verify compliance requirements before placing an order.

Lonestar Storage Sheds is not responsible for permitting issues or costs related to code compliance, relocation, or removal of buildings due to local regulations.

4. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Lonestar Storage Sheds website or placing an order online, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
