These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all online purchases, orders, and interactions made through the Lonestar Storage Sheds website, online marketplace, or any associated digital platform. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Lonestar Storage Sheds buildings are not designed or approved for human occupancy. Our buildings are not constructed to meet residential building codes, zoning requirements, or habitation ordinances. By purchasing, you agree that the structure will not be used as a residence or living quarters.
Lonestar Storage Sheds retains responsibility for risk of loss or damage until the building has been delivered to the customer’s designated site. Once delivery is completed and accepted, all risk transfers to the buyer. Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect the building at delivery prior to signing off.
Lonestar Storage Sheds provides a 5-year craftsmanship warranty covering structural workmanship and materials, provided the building remains at the original delivery location and has not been moved or relocated by anyone other than an authorized representative.
All other warranties—including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose—are expressly disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Other than remedies specifically addressed in Lonestar Storage Sheds’ cancellation, modification, return, and warranty policies, all sales are final.
If a dispute arises, both parties agree to attempt resolution through informal good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is achieved, the dispute will be settled through binding arbitration, and the customer waives any right to a jury trial.
Customers agree not to initiate or threaten a credit card chargeback for any reason, and to resolve disputes exclusively through the procedures outlined here.

Failure to accept delivery within this period allows Lonestar Storage Sheds to cancel the order and apply a restocking fee in accordance with our cancellation and return policy.

Lonestar Storage Sheds is not liable for property damage caused during delivery unless such damage results from intentional or malicious conduct by the delivery personnel.
Obtaining all necessary permits—including city permits, county approvals, zoning clearances, and HOA approvals—is the sole responsibility of the customer. Customers must verify compliance requirements before placing an order.
Lonestar Storage Sheds is not responsible for permitting issues or costs related to code compliance, relocation, or removal of buildings due to local regulations.
