Lonestar Storage Sheds – Cancellation, Modification & Return Policy

Cancellation & Order Changes

You may cancel or modify your order with no penalty if you do so within the following timeframes:

• New or Custom Builds: within 3 business days of placing your order.

• Off-Lot / In-Stock Buildings: within 48 hours of placing your order, as long as the building has not been delivered.

After these timeframes expire, a 15% Restocking Fee will apply to any cancellation or modification.

If you request a rush order, the Restocking Fee will apply regardless of when you cancel.

You agree to accept delivery within 60 days of placing your order. If you fail or refuse to accept delivery within that timeframe, Lonestar Storage Sheds may cancel your order and apply the 15% Restocking Fee.

Return Policy

You may return your building for any reason if you notify us within 3 business days of delivery.

Your refund will be issued minus the 15% Restocking Fee.

Lonestar Storage Sheds will schedule and complete the pickup of your building within 30 days of your return request.
